Step 1
Decide if you know exactly what you want or if you would like a consultation. Then order on our website(preferred). We can also take orders through email and facsimile. It is very important to order correctly as to not have costly installation setbacks or costly re-order wait times. We are always ready to help walk you through it during normal business hours. If you happen to be ordering outside of those times call our 24/7 emergency phone number.
Step 2
Have a pre-installation meeting with your us or your installer. Keep in mind that in order to install our automatic door, you must have certification with AAADM the American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers. We will not sell a door until proof of current AAADM Certification is provided.
Step 3
Get ready for installation. Have electricians, wall finishers, painters, co- ordinated to do their trades before or after installation. Once an AAADM Certified installer finishes your installation, and the other trades complete theirs. Your Gildor will be ready to last the life-time of the building, keep in mind any automatic door is to have a minimum of 1 yearly inspection. It is best to sign up for a Preventative Maintenance Program to keep your door in like new condition. We offer 1,2,3,4, times a year Preventative Maintenance Programs.
Step 4
Keep your door and track clean, and enjoy the pleasure of having the extreme convenience of having a “personal door-man” to open your door or lock it automatically.
